Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage new sales from inquiries to client on-boarding and service confirmation
- Assist clients with online service registration, design submission to establish new sale contracts and build strong relationships with all types of clients/Customers.
- As an Advertising Account Manager onboarding new advertising clients, focusing on long-term performance and success.
- Identifying and pitching upsell opportunities at scale advising on campaign strategy and optimisation to boost performance
- Creating innovative and effective cross-channel data driven strategy, with particular focus on omnichannel consumer experience, consumer engagement and data analysis.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve client experience
Working across a variety of client type - Develop, implement and manage new business and marketing strategies.
- Support the planning and execution of brand-aligned events, fashion activations, and hosted content such as podcasts or digital panels
- Support the scouting, onboarding, and placement of models and creative talent aligned with client requirements and briefs.
